Our company will communicate with customer and initiate the system (Mackerel) for customer in the first time. The environment stability working of AWS will help to Fast fixed any problems in your system.

If you found the problems between the system (Mackerel) is monitoring your resource and server. You can contact with staff by Email, Line and Slack.

3. when Mackerel found the problems in customer’s system. Mackerel will send notify to customer through E-mail, Line or Slack.

4. Customer can contact with staff by Email, Line and Slack.

	Resource Monitoring	Mackerel will monitoring working's rate of CPU/MEmory/Disk.
	Process Monitoring	Mackerel will monitoring OS Process follow up customer's criterions and targets.
	Log Monitoring	Mackerel will monitoring String Log file follow up customer's criterions and targets.
	External Monitoring	Mackerel will monitoring the correct responding of URL with PORT follow up customer's criterions and targets.
Alert
	Mail Notification	After monitor setting the notification will send to customer's E-mail.
	LINE Notification	After monitor setting the notification will send to Line group.
	Slack Notification	After monitor setting the notification will send to customer's channel slack.
